Because of your enthusiasm and professionalism, I went from feeling overwhelmed and burdened by planning the party to excited! You were so helpful in answering my questions and in making suggestions so that we may have a successful, care-free celebration. Being able to drop-off the cake, ice cream, etc. and know that you would take care of the set-up as if it were your own child's birthday party took so much stress off of me. It was so nice to be able to show my attention to "the birthday boy" and our party guests rather than fretting over little details.

In a time when, more often than not, customer service is lacking, you went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience at Romp 'n' Roll.

As a matter of fact, several parents actually emailed thank you notes to me for inviting them as they had so much fun and their children were still talking about Jack's birthday party at Romp 'n' Roll. That's definitely a first!

Hi Rompy!

This is Sadie H.'s mommy.  Sadie had her birthday party there last month and LOVED it!  I loved the fact that I didn't have to do anything for setup except hand over the cake and drinks. :)  She is already signed up for classes and we are raring to go!

We had our 5 year old's birthday party at Romp n' Roll on Sunday.  We had a GREAT time and I cant say enough about what a nice job the R&R party leaders did organizing and conducting the party.  They unpacked all our supplies, put out the food, decorated, greeted the guests, and kept the party rolling.  All our guests, from ages 18 months to 7 years old had a BLAST.  Thanks for a job well done.
