Just wanted to let you know that Christopher had the best time at his party today. He was so excited to be coming to Romp n' Roll on a Saturday and then when he got there to see all his family and friends there ~ he didn't know what to do. I was extremely impressed with Shaunte and her boundless energy. She was so much fun and never stopped smiling. She engaged ALL the children in the activities and made sure she interacted with each and every child that was there. I know Christopher felt SO special being the "center of attention". My husband, Kevin and I didn't have to worry about anything and that was GREAT!!! The party went perfectly. All who attended said they had a great time.

I just wanna give props to Shaunte and Hadley. They both did an outstanding job and both seemed just excited to be there as all the children did. I've said before, I'll say again, you have a wonderful place for children (and parents) to come and ROMP N ROLL until they can't ROMP N ROLL anymore. We don't know what we would do without you guys!!! Thanks for all you do!

I wanted to let you know what a wonderful staff you have at the VA Center Romp n' Roll. We had Greyson's birthday party on Saturday and the ladies were so well organized, they quickly put me at ease so that I could enjoy his party with him (rather than play hostess) and they really kept the activities rolling. They had a lot to contend with since many of the children (mostly three-year-olds) had just woken up from naps and they were still a little cranky. They kept things moving and in no time all the kids were into the fun and games. I can't thank them enough.

I've been to parties at Pump It Up and Little Gym and was not too impressed. The lack of structure and "free for all" atmosphere seemed to burn the kids out before the alloted time. You have a wonderful program going. Tell your staff thanks from the Flores family and keep up the great work.

We had Mackenzie's birthday party today at your west end location and I just want to say many thanks for a great time. First of all, the staff were very friendly and helpful. And they handled EVERYTHING! We truly didn't have to do a thing except take pictures and video. My husband was trying to clean up in the party room when we were done and they immediately stopped him and told him to "go play and let them do the work." It was so wonderful and I told all our guests that it was worth every dime spent. We just put our house on the market this week so it was perfect not to have to worry about planning a party at our house on top of everything else. I had one friend who commented that I must have been crazy to plan listing my house and having a birthday party all at the same time. I told her that actually all I had to do was pick up the cake before coming!

And of course this all goes without saying that the children had a blast!!

As you know, we had Mary Warren's birthday party on Saturday. I was overwhelmed by how wonderful the party was. Everyone on your staff was incredible. The party went so smoothly and Rob & I didn't have to worry about a thing. I have gotten phone calls from most of the moms from the party telling me how much fun their children had.

You and your staff have done such a terrific job with the classes that my girls have attended but you exceeded my expectations at the Birthday Bash. I can't thank you enough!

I want to recognize the efforts of the staff members who facilitated Mary Clare's birthday party last Sunday. I don't recall the names of the two young ladies who worked with us, but they were delightful, fun and professional (in a "kid-like" way.) We had one child who is autistic as a guest and she enjoyed herself as much as the other kids. I wish I could have "sat back" and relaxed at the party, but the kids were having so much fun, I just had to jump in and have fun, too!

As for "service," I can't think of any other place that would not only set up and clean up as well as they did...they even put the purple frosting on the cupcakes (something I had forgotten to do!) Instead of being exhausted and at my wits end, I left happy and every-so-thankful.

I just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know how great Caelan's party was yesterday. Shaunte and Erin were fabulous! They both had lots of energy and made sure all the kids had a great time. The activities they did with the group were age appropriate and lots of fun for all! Thanks for a great party, and excellent employees who went above and beyond to make it a success! And I'm not just saying any of that because I work there too - haha! I really mean it! :)
