The Importance of Exercise

When thinking about the importance of exercise, there is a tendency to focus on the benefits of giving one’s body regular workouts to maintain physical health and increase physical strength. However, it is critical to realize that one’s mind requires regular workouts as well in order to maintain mental health and increase mental acuity. Investing some time in doing a crossword puzzle or playing Angry Birds on your smart phone is just as imperative for your overall well being as investing some time lifting weights or running on the treadmill.

That is why I so heartily recommend Romp n’ Roll. So many programs for young children offer the little ones the opportunity to exercise either their minds or their bodies. But at Romp n’ Roll, with everything from Gymnastics to Silly Science, children have the chance to work on both, often simultaneously.

Furthermore, while the little ones are constantly challenged, everything is designed to be exciting and fun rather than dull and stressful. This allows them to develop a love of exercise that will benefit their minds and bodies enormously now and for the rest of their lives.
