Romp n’ Roll Camp
Fun & Friendship for Kids Ages 2-5
Our kids gym plays host to the best camp around! At Romp n’ Roll, we invite little ones between the ages of 2 through 5 to experience the energy, creativity, and socialization of day camp. Our camps take place in the summer, winter, and over spring break.
Reserve your child’s spot at camp by calling your local Romp n' Roll today!
What to Bring to Camp
Children should arrive in comfortable play clothes that can get a little messy. Please bring a change of clothes, even for the big kids—just in case. If your child uses diapers or pull-ups, please bring plenty and write your child’s name on each one. We will be sure to give any extras back to you at the end of the week. If your child is newly potty-trained, please bring a few pull-ups just in case of an accident.
We will provide a nut-free snack (pretzels or goldfish) each day of camp, so it is not necessary to bring snacks or drinks for your child. If your child still needs a sippy cup, please bring this with you, labeled with their name. If you have specific dietary needs and have to provide a snack alternative, please speak with a manager before camp.
Arriving at Camp
Drop-off is from 9:00 to 9:30 for morning camp and from 2:00 to 2:30 for afternoon camp. We are unable to allow children to be dropped off prior to the listed start time.
When you arrive, find the cubby labeled with your child’s name and place shoes, sippy cups, and change of clothes inside it. Labeled diapers should be placed in the basket in the lobby. Sign in at the Membership Desk and, if someone else will be picking up your child at the end of camp, be sure to write down their name, as well.
Give your child a big goodbye hug. They are about to have a fantastic, fun-filled day at camp!
Leaving Camp at the End of the Day
Dismissal each day is run, to the best of our ability, on a first come, first served basis. Please sign in to ensure that children are released in the order in which their caregiver arrives. Once you’ve signed in for dismissal, please have a seat in the lobby instead of greeting your child in the gym. Greeting your child early could disrupt the remainder of camp for your child and other campers. If you need to pick up your camper early, let us know beforehand and we will make sure they are ready when you arrive. Before you leave, be sure to check your child’s cubby carefully to make sure none of their beautiful artwork is left behind.
We thank you in advance for your patience, our dismissal procedure is designed with the children’s safety in mind. To that end, if the person picking up your child is not the same person who dropped them off, that person’s name must be written on the sign-in sheet at the start of the day, and they must show their driver’s license to one of our team members before we will release your child.
Important Things to Know About Camp
Each child has their own personality; some jump right in, socializing and interacting with their peers immediately, while others like to observe until they are more comfortable joining the fun. No matter how your child acclimates to a group environment, we have lots of experience with kids of all kinds and know plenty of techniques to help them feel comfortable.
We often take pictures during camp. We reserve the right to use these photographs for promotional materials, which may or may not include print media, brochures, wall hangings, website photo galleries, etc. No compensation is given for use of these photos. You agree that images of you and/or your child, captured during your class at Romp n’ Roll, through video, photo, and digital camera, may be used for Romp n’ Roll promotional material and publications and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto. If for any reason you prefer that we not use pictures of your child, please let us know immediately.
When your child attends camp at Romp n’ Roll, they will have fun, learn more, and make friends. Our team loves to nurture the genius and unleash the goofball, so get ready for a fantastic time! We apologize, but there are no make-ups or refunds for camp.
